Monday marked three years since the October 7 attack. To mark the date, protesters gathered in cities around the world to hold demonstrations.

In Seattle, groups marched through Capitol Hill. Local news reports say the events were mostly peaceful, though there were some reports of property damage. Police kept a close eye on the crowds, but they reported no arrests by the time the march ended.

Similar protests were held in other places. In Colombia, demonstrators gathered to speak out against their country’s ties with Israel. These events are part of a larger wave of hundreds of protests scheduled to take place worldwide around the anniversary of the attack.

People are using these gatherings to share their views on the ongoing war in Gaza. While some areas saw quiet marches, others expect more crowds throughout the week.
