There is growing concern that Iran is planning to attack U.S. military bases in Germany.
Recent intelligence reports suggest that Iran has been watching these sites closely. Officials believe Iran may be considering using drones or other methods to target American troops stationed there.
This news comes just weeks after Israel warned its allies that Iran might try to strike American facilities. According to the reports, Israel shared information about these potential threats with their partners to help keep them safe.
Some of these reports describe the plans as a “chilling” plot to attack the bases. This follows earlier concerns that Iran had also been looking at U.S. bases in the United Kingdom.
Security officials are now on alert. While the exact scale of the threat is still being looked into, the warnings from Israel and the intelligence findings have put the U.S. military on notice.
For now, the focus remains on protecting personnel and staying prepared in case the situation gets worse.
