Some people are doing dangerous things for social media. They want the perfect picture with a shark. To get it, they are getting way too close to these wild animals.

It is becoming a scary trend. Influencers are jumping into the water or leaning way over boats. They want a photo that looks cool and gets a lot of likes. But sharks are wild animals. They do not know what the camera is for.

Experts say this is a bad idea. When humans get too close, sharks can get confused or scared. Sometimes, the shark bites back. These bites can be very serious.

It is not just about the people getting hurt. It also stresses the sharks out. Chasing them for a photo changes how they act in their natural home.

Safety experts have a simple message: stay away. A photo is not worth a trip to the hospital. Keep a safe distance and stay out of the water if sharks are around.
