Gallant: Hamas Warned Israel Before October 7 Attacks

New reports show that Israeli leaders may have received warnings about an attack from Hamas before the violence on October 7.
Yoav Gallant, who used to be Israel’s defense minister, confirmed that Hamas sent warnings to the Shin Bet, which is Israel’s internal security agency. These warnings happened before the group launched its large attack last year.
Gallant also spoke about his relationship with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He claimed that Netanyahu stopped him from going to the United States to hold talks. These meetings were meant to be about the ongoing situation, but Gallant says the Prime Minister blocked his travel.
