Right-Wing Government in Finland Criticizes Communism in the Name of 'Anti-Racism'

Finland's new right-wing government, led by the National Coalition Party, is facing a rough start. People are upset and protesting across the country because of controversies. Some MPs from smaller right-wing parties are unsure if they want to stay in the government. On September 6, the government made a statement against racism. But many think it's just words and won't change much. They point out that the government is still making decisions that can lead to unfair treatment of certain groups, like immigrants. They're also questioning if the government is truly against racism, especially when some members make racist comments.

The statement also included a suggestion to look into banning communist symbols, like the hammer and sickle. Some people don't agree with this because they believe it's unfairly linking it to bad things like the swastika.

This situation shows why some people don't trust the government and think they should rely on themselves to make positive changes, especially in fighting against racism or extreme beliefs. They believe that communism, which stands for the working class, is a way to bring about real change. They say that as long as we have a society with rich and poor, racism will be a problem. They think that to really tackle racism, workers need to come together and fight for their rights against the current system. The capitalists, or the wealthy class, don't like what communists stand for and see them as a big threat. They're worried about communism gaining more influence, especially during tough times for the economy.
