Do you ever feel like you don't know enough to help someone else? Brother Gabriel W. Reid has a message for you: You are good enough to teach.
In a recent talk, Brother Reid spoke about the fear many people feel. Often, we think we aren't smart enough or holy enough to share what we know. We worry that we are not perfect. We worry that we might make a mistake.
Brother Reid wants to change that way of thinking. He says that you do not need to be perfect to be a teacher. You do not need to know everything.
He explains that your own life and your own experiences are enough. When you share what you have learned with kindness, it matters. You have something valuable to give to others.
His main point is simple: Trust yourself. If you have a desire to help someone, that is a good start. You have enough inside of you right now to make a difference for someone else. You are enough.
