China Warns Europe: Don't Block Our Businesses

Beijing says new EU trade rules could hurt the economy and lead to retaliation.

Tensions are rising between China and the European Union. Europe is looking at creating a new tool that would allow them to restrict Chinese businesses, similar to a U.S. law called Section 301. Beijing is not happy about this. Government officials have warned that if Europe moves forward with these plans, China will likely hit back.
