War has broken out again in Yemen. Because of this, more than 125,000 people have been forced to run away from their homes.
Many of these people are leaving with nothing. Some have been seen running barefoot, terrified of the Houthi rebels as they advance across the region. The Houthi rebels are a group backed by Iran that is now pulling Yemen into a much larger and more dangerous war.
Families are desperate to find safety. Thousands of people have already traveled by boat to reach Djibouti, a small country across the water from Yemen.
Children are suffering the most in this crisis. Aid groups and leaders are worried because the situation is getting worse every single day. People are losing their homes, their belongings, and their sense of safety.
Right now, the focus is on the people caught in the middle of this fighting. They are leaving everything they own behind just to stay alive. The world is watching as this humanitarian emergency grows.
