Russia is losing more soldiers than it can replace

Russia is having a very hard time keeping its army full. According to new reports, the country is losing soldiers much faster than it can find new ones to take their place.
Experts say Russia is losing 6,000 more troops every single month than it is able to recruit. This means that, over time, the total number of soldiers they have available to fight is dropping.
These losses include soldiers who have been killed or wounded in the ongoing war with Ukraine. Daily reports show the numbers remain high. For example, some recent data shows that in just one day, Russia lost 1,420 soldiers, along with military equipment like rocket launchers.
While Russia continues to try and sign up new people to join the fight, the math is not working in their favor. They simply cannot keep up with the high number of men who are being taken off the front lines. This trend suggests the Russian army is facing a difficult path ahead as they struggle to keep their ranks filled.
