Typhoon Saudel has brought massive amounts of rain to China. The storm is causing serious flooding in coastal areas and inland regions like Hunan. The situation is dangerous. In one scary moment caught on video, a three-story building fell down as floodwaters rushed through. Because of the storm, over 2,500 people—mostly students—are stuck inside a school.
