Shipping in a vital oil route faces new threats as attacks on tankers continue.

Things are getting dangerous again in the Strait of Hormuz. This is a very narrow strip of water that is super important for the world's oil supply. Recently, several oil tankers have been hit or threatened in the area. Reports say at least two tankers were struck, and another was threatened by forces from Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps, or IRGC. The IRGC is an Iranian military group.
