Ukraine and Hungary are Still Fighting Over Rules

Even after some changes, Ukraine and Hungary are still arguing about laws and borders. This is slowing down Ukraine’s path to joining Europe.

Ukraine and Hungary are having a hard time getting along. Even though some people thought things would get better, the relationship is still very tense. Right now, Hungary is blocking Ukraine from moving forward with a big plan. Ukraine wants to join groups called Clusters 2 and 3, which are basically steps toward becoming part of the European Union. Because Hungary said no to the latest paperwork, those steps are stuck. There are a few big reasons for this fight. Part of it is about how people are treated.
