France and Saudi Arabia are working on a huge new project. They want to build a giant theme park based on the famous manga and anime, Dragon Ball. The park would be built near Paris. It is a massive plan that would cost about six billion euros.

French President Emmanuel Macron has been discussing the project with Saudi leaders. The goal is to bring the exciting world of Son Goku and his friends to a physical space for fans to enjoy.

However, it is not a done deal yet. Even though the French and Saudi governments are pushing for it, there is one big problem. The people who own the rights to the Dragon Ball characters in Japan have not given their approval. Without their permission, the park cannot legally move forward.

For now, the project remains in the early stages. Fans of the series will have to wait and see if the deal gets the official green light from Japan.
