Recovery teams in Gaza have found the remains of more than 100 people buried in the rubble of buildings destroyed during the ongoing conflict.

Some of these remains are from a specific Israeli military strike that happened nearly three years ago. Families are finally getting a chance to bury their loved ones after years of waiting.

Rescue workers are continuing to search through piles of broken concrete and twisted metal. Finding bodies after this much time is very difficult, but it is helping families get some sense of closure.

In a separate incident, more people were reported hurt, including a child, as attacks continue to hit different parts of the Gaza Strip.

For many living in the area, these discoveries serve as a painful reminder of the long-term impact of the fighting. People are still waiting to find the bodies of those they lost, and the work to clear the wreckage and recover the dead remains a slow and heartbreaking process.
