WARSAW — Polish security services have announced the successful interdiction of a coordinated Russian assassination plot aimed at a U.S. citizen living in Warsaw. The operation, which has drawn international concern, resulted in the arrest of a suspect currently being held in custody on spying and conspiracy charges.
