A man who once served as a high-ranking commander for Ukraine’s submarine fleet has been killed in an explosion. The blast happened in Sevastopol, a city on the Crimean Peninsula.
Reports say a bomb was planted in a trash bin nearby. When the man walked by, it went off. The man had previously left Ukraine to work for Russia, which led many in Ukraine to label him a traitor.
