Iran has used a new type of weapon called the Qasem Basir missile in a real-world test for the first time. The missile uses a special camera system to find its target. Reports say this missile was aimed at U.S. Navy ships during recent meetings at sea.
These events are causing a lot of worry. Experts say Iran is showing it is ready to be more aggressive. There have been several "close calls" lately where Iranian ships and U.S. warships have come very near each other in dangerous ways.
At the same time, Iran is struggling to move goods and money because of strict rules from other countries, often called a blockade. They are working hard to find new ways to trade, especially by teaming up with Russia.
However, people who watch the area closely say that just working together on money matters isn't enough for Iran and Russia. The real issue is the growing military tension. With these new missiles and bolder actions at sea, the risk of a real fight between Iran and the U.S. is getting higher every day.
