A Russian attack has hit a shopping mall in Ukraine. At least 16 people were killed.
This was a 'double-tap' attack. That means the military hit the target once, waited for emergency workers to arrive, and then hit the same spot again. This tactic is meant to kill the people trying to save lives, like firefighters and paramedics.
Rescue teams are at the scene now. They are looking for survivors in the wreckage.
