Iran Warns It May Target US Bases in Europe

Tehran says it will strike military bases in Europe if the US uses them to launch an attack against Iran.

Iran is sending a strong warning to the world. They say that if the United States attacks them, they will fight back in a big way.

Specifically, Iranian officials and state media are warning that they will attack US military bases located in Europe. They say that if the US uses these bases to launch any kind of military action against Iran, those bases will become targets.

This is a scary escalation. It means that a fight between the US and Iran might not stay in the Middle East. It could spread to countries across Europe where the US has soldiers and equipment.

Some of the warnings have been very blunt. One Iranian politician told reporters that Europe would be hit if it helped the US. At the same time, Iranian leaders are calling for their own people to stay ready.
