Reporters have been allowed to see parts of southern Lebanon that are currently held by the Israeli military. They found scenes of heavy destruction. Many homes have been flattened, and Israeli flags are now flying in the area.
This comes as the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah, the militant group based in Lebanon, keeps growing. Officials say the Israeli military is expanding its positions in the southern hills.
It is becoming a difficult fight. Hezbollah uses the hilly land to hide and launch attacks, which makes it hard for Israeli troops to move through the area.
Meanwhile, the fighting continues across the border. Sirens have been sounding in northern Israel, warning people to run to shelters. In response, the Israeli military has launched new strikes and artillery shelling into southern Lebanon.
Both sides are trading fire, and the situation on the ground remains dangerous for everyone living in the region.
