Some people are calling this the latest move in the so-called "Liturgy Wars." This is a way of describing the tension between different groups in the Church. Some people prefer traditional, older ways of doing things, while others support the changes made after the Second Vatican Council to make the services more modern and easier for regular people to follow.

The Pope emphasized that the changes made decades ago were necessary. He believes these updates were key to helping regular people, known as the laity, become more involved in their faith.

His main point is simple: don't just be a passive person in the pews. If you want a real relationship with God, you have to be awake, alert, and active during the service. It is not enough to just show up and wait for it to be over.
