Russia is showing off some of its newest military gear in Egypt this week. The main attraction is their Su-57, which is a "stealth" fighter jet. This means the plane is designed to be very hard for enemy radar to spot.
This is the first time Russia has sent this specific jet to an air show in Africa. They are using the event to show off the plane to potential customers from other countries.
Along with the jet, Russia is highlighting some new missiles. These are "standoff" weapons, which is just a fancy way of saying they can be fired from a long distance away so the pilot stays safer. These new missiles are designed to be cheaper to build than older models, but they still pack a punch. They go by names like Monochrome, Kover, and Dan-T.
By bringing these weapons to Egypt, Russia is clearly trying to sell their technology to new partners. Some reports even suggest that three countries have already placed orders for the Su-57 jet, though it isn't always clear who those buyers are.
