Ukraine is stepping up its attacks on Russian military targets. In the last few days, Ukrainian forces struck six different military sites in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, which are currently held by Russia.

One of the biggest successes for Ukraine was destroying eight Russian ballistic missile launchers. These are big machines that fire long-range missiles. By taking them out, Ukraine has forced Russia to change its plans for future attacks. Experts believe these strikes will make it harder for Russia to carry out its military goals.

Ukraine also attacked a facility used for getting rid of old missiles. This might have caused damage to important Russian military programs that the Kremlin was planning to use.

Another strike hit a place in the town of Khrustalnyi where Russian soldiers were staying.

These attacks are aimed at hurting Russia’s rear lines. The "rear lines" are the parts of the army that are further back from the actual fighting, where they store supplies, organize troops, and keep weapons. By hitting these spots, Ukraine is trying to make it much harder for Russia to keep fighting the war.
